​How Do I Place An Order?
Please complete the online Order Form and tell me exactly what you would like to order. Please tick the multiple choice options and then explain in further detail in the text field exactly what you would like to add. Please make sure the initials or personal names are correct.

Please email me or text me a picture of your ideal design if you have seen one on this website.
I will begin work on your order once we have agreed the design and I will send you a photograph to make sure you are happy with the product before shipping.
Payment and Shipping
Once you have paid, I will make your piece of Jewellery and ship it to you within 1-3 days.

​​Returns & Refunds
If in the unlikely event your item breaks, I will refund your payment or offer you a replacement.

If the size is not correct, on receipt of the item being returned, I will ship the right size to you.

Payments

Once I have your order, I will email/message you to confirm how much and send my bank details for you to make a payment via online banking or through my PayPal account.
